Blanche Cottage Bed & Breakfast in St Ives Cornwall was built by the Duke of Leeds in 1791 and is a family owned property set in a beautiful country setting, close to St. Ives and idealy situated to explore West Cornwall.
From this charming accommodation you can explore the local attractions such as the Tate gallery, St. Michaels Mount and the now famous Eden Project, or have fun on one of the many clean safe beaches.
For the golfers there is an 18 hole pitch and putt or 9 hole golf course less than a mile away.
Convenient for local Bus & Train services. The buses run from the village centre & the Railway station is only a 15 min walk away. We offer a local pick up service from the train station, by prior arrangement, to help you start your stay with the least fuss. Not to mention the Train journey to St Ives from St Erth, which is supposed to be one of the most picturesque in the country.
If you decide to stay at home, then you can relax in our covered outdoor heated pool or enjoy a meal or drink at the Star Inn just over the road from the front door of your character hideaway. Relax and enjoy our excellent facilities including Barbecue, fridge, kitchen facilities, shower and toilet all available by the pool for the exclusive use of our guests. Even room to pitch a tent.
Make breakfast a meal to remember with our varied and filling Menu. Breakfast is served until 10:30 am and for the early birds we can arrange for an early breakfast on request. We also offer an evening meal served between 8-9pm, We only use the best fresh local seasonal produce. Orders can be placed at breakfast. Excellent value at only £7.00 per head.Vegetarians are also catered for at both meals
All of our rooms have colour TV's, tea and coffee making facillities, Hairdriers and Central Heating.
Our Rates are: £25 per person per night, Double ensuite £30 per person per night, under 12's Half price Under 5's will be accommodated by arrangement. Dogs will always be free.
A deposit of 25% of the total booking fee is non returnable & payable by cheque in advance.
